Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 284 (HC MUD 284) is currently accepting rental reservations for the Administration Building to all residents of HC MUD 284 and the surrounding community. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Security
Security personnel are required if alcohol of ANY kind will be served regardless of the number of attendees. HC MUD 284 will provide security at renter's cost. For more information please refer to the rental application.

Methods of payment accepted: cashiers check, money order, or credit/debit card
Hours: Regular rental hours will fall within the following hours:
Sunday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday - Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Only 1 (one) event per day will be scheduled. Any exceptions shall be requested in writing and must be approved by a designated representative of the Board per event.
