New Administration Building and Park Upgrades Under Development

Harris County MUD 284 as developing a new Administration Building as well as exciting new upgrades to the Park.

The Administration Building is a 7200 square foot facility including a dedicated workspace for our first responders along with a new 39 space parking lot.

The Park Upgrades include a new shaded playground for ages 2-12 and a shaded outdoor gym located adjacent to the play area. Also included in the Park Upgrades are restrooms and a new 1500 square foot pavilion for community events.
